Paradigm Capital's Advisory Board is actively involved on a current basis in helping Paradigm executives determine and execute the strategic direction of the firm.

Jack Wadsworth has had a career in the global investment banking business at Morgan Stanley; Derek Burney has been and continues to be involved in shaping public policy in Canada; and Peter Dey, who is also chairman of Paradigm, has exceptional experience as a legal and financial adviser, regulator and corporate director in Canada.

In addition to the Paradigm-related work, members of the Advisory Board assist Paradigm clients with advice and, in appropriate circumstances, employ their relationships on behalf of Paradigm clients.
